How soon after placing my order will the goods be shipped?

Your order will be shipped once your payment has been approved

  1. The delivery/billing address has been verified
  2. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, providing that your order is received before 
midday Standard Greenwich Mean Time, if your order reaches us after midday, processing and shipping will take place the following business day.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

United Kingdom Customers: You should receive your order within approximately 2 to 3 working days. 
(Please note if you are in a remote area, your delivery could take two weeks.) 

INTERNATIONAL Customers: You should receive your order within approximately 7 working days

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.   Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

GENERAL: If any items are on back order, your entire order will be shipped together when all items are received.

What happens if my order is late?

Please note that we do our best to ensure that deliveries are received within the specified time frame, however there are some factors that could contribute to late delivery, please consider the following: 

      

  1. Stock availability – if an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the 
expected delivery date. 

      
  2. At times there may also be unexpected delays with our couriers and different countries' customs authorities, which we do not accept responsibility for but will do our best to follow up to ensure parcel is delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. If you live in a very remote area, your delivery may take longer than the anticipated 5 to 7 working days.

How will my item be sent?

Madeleine St.Clair Ltd has carried out extensive research to ensure that your orders are delivered 
 with the utmost care in a timely fashion. 

What will my parcel include?

Your parcel will be packaged to ensure your goods are safe for the entire journey. Included along with
 your goods will be your tax invoice, we recommend you keep a copy of this as it will act as your 6 months warranty for the bag.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

All of our shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept 
delivery of your product, it would be wise to consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the 
shipping address once a package has left our warehouse.
